The hotel boasts cozy and relaxing lighting, free drinks and snacks for members, and a nice onsen to warm up in the mornings. the hotel has lots of space which will allow guests to easily repack their luggage, and a billiard table to keep guests entertained in the evenings. the service provided by the friendly and helpful staff was exceptional, and the restaurant breakfast was absolutely top-notch.
It would have been convenient to have an elevator in the hotel to move around the building easily.

The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located near a ski resort, which was perfect for our Christmas trip. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and went skiing almost every day. the lobby area was decorated festively which gave us a great holiday vibe.
The hotel had a noisy heating system, which made it difficult to sleep at night. , the hot spring water was lukewarm, and we were disappointed that we couldn't fully enjoy the onsen experience.

Spacious room, helpful staff, and relaxing hot spring. The hotel was super clean and had great facilities including a pool table, cozy lounge with a fireplace and hot spring with a beautiful zen atmosphere. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. Free drinks and snacks were a plus, and the onsen was very relaxing.
There was nothing we didn't like. The hotel was pretty good and made for a cozy and relaxing stay.

Exceptionally big, quiet, comfortable rooms. Amazing hot spring water. Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy lobby lounge with pool table. Spacious and clean. Convenient parking. Value for money.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel was situated in a great location, with plenty to do nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. the Christmas decorations were really festive and enjoyable.
One major downside was that the heating in our room was not working very well and it made the room quite cold. the breakfast was also a bit disappointing, with limited options and not very flavorful.
